The stay at Radius Hotel was marked by an excellent location, just steps away from Freedom Square and a connected mall providing various restaurants. The staff was notably kind, attentive, and responsive to requests, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel facilitated an early breakfast box when needed, showcasing their excellent service.

The room cleaning could use improvement as the sheets were not changed regularly.

Friendly staff went out of their way to assist us.

The entrance and lobby were quite cramped, making check-in stressful. We had trouble due to no parking available, forcing us to drag our luggage from a drop-off point. Breakfast options remained the same every day, lacking variety and becoming monotonous after a few days.

The direct access to the Galleria Mall made it so easy to grab meals and shop without stepping outside. The rooftop lounge wowed me with its stunning views of Liberty Square, creating a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The Urban King Room was quite cozy and had a modern, stylish design. I really appreciated how fresh everything felt. The bed was super comfy. The view from the room was nice, providing a good vibe after a long day. Only downside was that the shower pressure could’ve been a bit better. I loved the hotel's modern design and its unbeatable location right next to Liberty Square and the Galleria shopping center. The room was clean and spacious, making it ideal for our family. Special thanks to Saly and Nina, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade. One thing that could improve is the breakfast variety. perhaps adding more options for non-meat eaters would enhance it further.
